Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed! For a more specific delivery ETA, based on the exact items you purchased, contact us via email before placing your order.
Please note that customized jewelry orders require additional processing time to ensure every detail is just right. Orders with customization will ship within 12–15 business days from the date of purchase.
We appreciate your patience as we handcraft your unique piece with care. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
RETURNS
We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Customized items are made just for you and are final sale—we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made pieces unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
